A consultation is required prior to booking in the application service.

Service Description

Consultations involve colour matching your hair, determining the right length for you and the grams required to give you your desired look. Please ensure you are happy with your current colour prior to the consultation. It's great to go to your hairdressers for your colour, prior to the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

I appreciate that life is a juggle, and schedules change, so if you need to change or cancel your appointment I require at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise the booking fee paid at the time of the appointment may not be refunded. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not been in contact via phone or email you will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.
