BIAB stands for Builder In A Bottle.
It's a type of soak-off gel used to strengthen and enhance natural nails, often as an alternative to acrylics or dry hard gels. It's a self-levelling gel that can be used for overlays or to create a long-lasting manicure. BIAB is generally considered gentler on natural nails.
