BIAB stands for Builder In A Bottle. This is Soft Builder Gel.
Both gels are used to strengthen and enhance natural nails, often as an alternative to acrylics. It's a self-levelling gel that is used to create a long-lasting manicure. It's generally considered gentler on natural nails. 
Hard Gel is for ladies that use their nails as tools and are hard on their nails.

Hard Builder Gel Extension nails are a type of artificial nail enhancement made from a thick, durable gel that hardens under a UV or LED light. Unlike soft gel, hard gel is strong enough to be sculpted and extended, making it ideal for building long, natural-looking nails or adding structure to weak nails.
