Terms & Conditions

Online Studio Bookings

Appointments available online are all studio bookings. Hayley offers hair extensions, hairstyling and nails services. You can also book a trial online for your special occasion or wedding. 

 

RE-SCEHDULE 

  • Hayley appreciates that life is a juggle, and schedules change, so if you need to change or cancel your appointment I require at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise the booking fee paid at the time of the appointment may not be refunded. 

  • If you do not show up for your appointment and have not been in contact via phone or email you will forfeit 100% of the booking fee. You can cancel your appointment by email, info@hayleymac.com.au or give me a call, 0415322084.  

  • Should you or Hayley need to re-schedule, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A booking fee is required when booking online.

  • If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer, send Hayley an email or give her a call.  After booking the service via phone call or email the booking fee is required, via bank transfer, within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation email. 

  • The remaining balance can either be paid on the day in cash or paid prior to the booking date via direct debt.

  • The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance on the day.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Should you or Hayley need to re-scheduled, your booking deposit can be transferred to a new date. 

  • There are no refunds on deposit payments. I have allocated that time and date for you, and should you cancel the booking I have then missed out on other bookings wanting that time and date. 

MOBILE BOOKINGS

There is a minimum call out of 4 services /4 hairstyles. 

 

Mobile bookings are not available to book online. Please fill out the enquiry form on the website, or email, or call to make an enquiry or booking.  You can book your trial online or through email or a phone call.

Payment Terms - Bank Transfers

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24-48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation email. The deposit is required to secure the date and is non-refundable as I have allocated this date and/or time to you.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the final balance on the day.

  • Trial payments are due on the day of the trial, minus the deposit, if requested.

  • Upon payment, please note your name or the booking date as a reference with the bank. I accept electronic fund transfers or cash.

  • Once you have locked in the number of people requiring a service this cannot be reduced. (e.g. Your booking is for 5 people and then you decide later you only want to book 3 people, then you will still be required to pay for 5). You can always add people but not subtract after the deposit has been paid, as I have allocated that time to you. 

  • Should you wish to pay the balance via bank transfer, please do so 48 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, cash on the day is preferred.

Additional Artists / Large Bookings

  • If an additional hair &/or makeup artist is required to assist, due to the quantity of services or the time requirements, this can be arranged.

  • All additional artists are charged out at their pricing and travel from their location.

 

Travel Policy

  • My travel is calculated from the start point of Frankston.

  • A mobile service incurs a $20 charge, within 20kms. Travel greater than 20km will incur a $30 charge + an additional loading fee of $1.00 per kilometre thereafter and return. 

  • Public Holidays & Early Mornings

  • Public holidays and Easter long weekend will incur a 20% surcharge.

  • An early morning fee of $50 per half hour applies if required before 7:00am.
