Row by row, extensions will be removed and reapplied on a clean section. A blend cut is offered if required and style complementary.

Cancellation Policy

I appreciate that life is a juggle, and schedules change, so if you need to change or cancel your appointment I require at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise the booking fee paid at the time of the appointment may not be refunded. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not been in contact via phone or email you will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.
